Eating at Pergola in Dakar
First of all, HAPPY EASTER! Last time, I took you with me to the diverse Kabylie. Today, we are eating at Pergola in Dakar. The first time I went to Pergola was during my internship in 2015. Another intern at the time invited me to eat at Pergola, because her aunt and uncle run the place. From then on, we went more regularly. On Wednesdays, the restaurant offers the dish Méchoui. Since I’m back at Tigo, we usually go on Wednesday’s. Therefore, I really want to share with you our lunch at Pergola. Let’s get into the food!

Last time I took you with me to lunch at All Fashion. Today, we are eating at Kabylie in Dakar. Kabylie is a restaurant that offers a wide range of foods and dishes. Since our office is not far from Kabylie, and we usually go when we are in the mood for junkfood. Let’s just get into the dish ok?!
Black Panther in Senegal
It has been about two years that we have been waiting for the release of Marvel’s Black Panther. However, ever since the announcement, the world has been impatiently waiting for its release. Teasers have been circling all over the internet and throughout the world. This includes funny memes, GIFs and hashtags such as #InWakanda. Of course, I was one of the many people that has been waiting a long time for the Black Panther release. In January, I contacted the cinema’s here in Dakar, asking if and when they would screen Black Panther. I was definitely happy to hear that they would premiere Black Panther on February 16th. Certainly, I was happier when I reserved myself a ticket for the original version (English spoken) of Black Panther for last Friday! In this post, I will tell you all about it. Keep on reading :).

Fall Natural Hair Styles – 2017
Since the last post about my Double Side Cut, I wanted to share the different hair styles I have been wearing here in Senegal. I call these Fall Natural Hair Styles and of course, my goal is to give you some inspiration! Normally, when I am in Senegal, I get the opportunity to switch up my hairstyle more often than usual. Cabo-Senegalese wedding
Today, I want to share something special with you: A Cabo-Senegalese wedding I attended! I hope you enjoyed the post about the other Senegalese Wedding I attended last September. My sister is the one that got married this time. Her boyfriend (now husband) is Cape Verdian, which makes their wedding Cabo-Senegalese :). Let’s get into these Cabo-Senegalese wedding celebrations!

White Party at Terrou-bi
As some might know, I am back at Tigo Senegal! I am currently doing an internship and before the ending of the year, Tigo organized a the end of the year all white party.
